It stinks that you literally cannot get ahold of anyone here. If you have any questions about servicing or your appointment, you're just out of luck. I've called other departments and begged just to get ahold of someone. Nice in person, but that's the only contact you'll ever have with them.
Our experience with their service department was terrible. We made an appmt 2 weeks ahead of time to have our Chevy airbag fixed. We had an 11:0 am appmt. - by 4:00 we hadn’t heard anything so WE called them…….they had NOT touched the car!! The guy at the desk told us if we weren’t happy….we could take it somewhere else! Not good service at all!!!

Service department has failed on multiple occasions to return phone calls regarding my automotive service while the vehicles were in for scheduled service. My last vehicle there had an appointment for 10 am Monday morning and the car never moved from their lot in a week time frame. They said they had 3 hours of time already spent looking at the problem, I am convinced they never looked at and are fabricating a story to dismiss their lack of responsible service and quality assurance. This is the 3rd time this has happened this year to several of my vehicles sent there.
My experience with Baierl Chevrolet has been the best experience I've ever had at a dealership in my life. My salesman brad went above and beyond to secure the green cacti that was discontinued for 2027. Service was fine, just took too long, 4 hours for oil change and new tires and alignment.
My Salesman listened to what I needed and made the whole process go smoothly. The dealership is clean and modern. The support staff was also friendly and helpful.
My sales rep was Chase and he was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, kind and genuine, and he is the reason my business will stay with this dealership. He never once tried to push me into anything and he made this such a positive experience! I came here to look at a specific used vehicle and Baierl invested their time and money into it to ensure that I would become its new owner. The service department at Baierl Chevrolet is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. You can never speak with a human being when you call. An automated recording always directs you to leave a message,. The firewall between you and humans at the dealership exists because the service representatives are completely incompetent. Purchase your vehicle elsewhere, and whatever you do.... do not take your car for service at this disaster of a car dealership. Absolutely the worst!!!

Had my 2017 Silverado towed due to bad bad starter, was covered under my warranty, while vehicle was there also had my oil changed. Baierl also provided a service driver to pick me up at my home when vehicle was completed.

Brad was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle.
We brought our car in for new brakes ahead of schedule. They were able to suprise us with getting our car done a day earlier which helped us alot. The prices have been about equal to surrounding area despite the bad rep most dealerships get for unchanging. I am so happy we choose to bring our cars here

Marcus, the finance manager, was very understanding and worked with us to alter some elements of our finance contract. He explained that the changes will be forthcoming and to connect him with any questions. This is our first experience with Baierl and we would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My vehicle was just in for a couple of routine recalls. Service Dept. was quick and efficient. Unfortunately for me I arrived after the service dept closed. There were two guys in the sales dept (I wish I remembered their names) that could not have been more helpful. They tracked down copies of my service orders along with my keys and I was quickly out the door. They apologized for the inconvenience, but really they were fantastic. This dealership earned 5 stars for one specific reason - CHASE!! He is an amazing sales consultant. He was presented with a challenging situation regarding a sale of two vehicles with legal aspects and he did this was efficiency, grace and a "can-do" attitude. This is the best Chevy dealership I have ever been to for servicing. Phil Nace went above and beyond during my visit. Service is great. The people are great. However they implemented an automated answering system and it is of no help. Also hard to get to a human to speak to.
Excellent staff. Completely satisfied from service advisor to technician.
Very good service and follow up
Phil Nace provided excellent service and a resolution on an ongoing issue that resulted in numerous visits to the dealership. His review of all work orders relating to this issue which indicated the repair was my responsibility however he was able to confirm it was under warranty. Within a week the part came in and the repair was completed. I will certainly request him for any future service appointments.
I use them because of Dan the Cadillac mechanic. He does a great job and the reason I return. The two service desk people have been very nice and kept me well informed
Buying a car here was a great experience. I went in knowing what I wanted and was shown several vehicles used and new of the model I was looking at Devin my salesperson was excellent! I gave him my budget and he worked out a deal that put me there.

The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was very comfortable. Everything was good except that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to do a state inspection and emission test.

Took my car in for an inspection on Monday, 3/9/26. Was told that the transmission cooler lines were leaking badly. Strange, because you'd think I would have noticed that on the garage floor or my parking spot at work. Never saw it, but the car is older (2011), so I could see how parts might start failing. Baierl Chevy is a very reliable and respectful dealership. I've been working with them for about 3 weeks to find the right vehicle for me. The 1st one I picked didn't pass their inspection and they would not sell it to me. I think I dodged a bullet...
