Easy in and out for an oil change
Larry, the business manager along with our sales representative Dominic and a finance manager another Dominic did an outstanding job helping us along the way to acquire our vehicle. We came from out of state which could be a scary experience but whether you’re shopping locally or from a far away, this place is definitely the one you have to look into. Everybody did an exceptional job and this was one of the best buying experiences we’ve ever had. 10 stars.

This was the least stressful experience I had buying a car. I was able to stay in communication with the salesperson, Deanna. She was amazing and she worked with me through out the week to get the best deal I could get. When it was time to pick up the newer truck they had all the paperwork ready for me in-and out within 30 mins.
They come up with hidden fees. Almost $500 for Doc fees and then an additional $700+ for government fees to buy an American made car. I just purchased a car from a Stuckey dealership and I have never seen fees in these amounts. State taxes, tags, title fee, some documentation fees. I would never recommend then!

Service guys are on top of their game. They won’t waste your time if they’re busy they’ll tell you and if not, they’ll get your car back even quicker than they originally said.
6 month check up and oil change. Injector maintenance
Our experience with their service department was terrible. We made an appmt 2 weeks ahead of time to have our Chevy airbag fixed. We had an 11:0 am appmt. - by 4:00 we hadn’t heard anything so WE called them…….they had NOT touched the car!! The guy at the desk told us if we weren’t happy….we could take it somewhere else! Not good service at all!!!

Service department has failed on multiple occasions to return phone calls regarding my automotive service while the vehicles were in for scheduled service. My last vehicle there had an appointment for 10 am Monday morning and the car never moved from their lot in a week time frame. They said they had 3 hours of time already spent looking at the problem, I am convinced they never looked at and are fabricating a story to dismiss their lack of responsible service and quality assurance. This is the 3rd time this has happened this year to several of my vehicles sent there.
My experience with Baierl Chevrolet has been the best experience I've ever had at a dealership in my life. My salesman brad went above and beyond to secure the green cacti that was discontinued for 2027. They were accommodating with updates on the vehicle's arrival and answering any questions I had about the trailblazer. Service was fine, just took too long, 4 hours for oil change and new tires and alignment.
My Salesman listened to what I needed and made the whole process go smoothly. The dealership is clean and modern. The support staff was also friendly and helpful.
My sales rep was Chase and he was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, kind and genuine, and he is the reason my business will stay with this dealership. He never once tried to push me into anything and he made this such a positive experience! I came here to look at a specific used vehicle and Baierl invested their time and money into it to ensure that I would become its new owner. The service department at Baierl Chevrolet is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. You can never speak with a human being when you call. An automated recording always directs you to leave a message,. The firewall between you and humans at the dealership exists because the service representatives are completely incompetent. Purchase your vehicle elsewhere, and whatever you do.... do not take your car for service at this disaster of a car dealership. Absolutely the worst!!!

We brought our car in for new brakes ahead of schedule. They were able to suprise us with getting our car done a day earlier which helped us alot. My vehicle was just in for a couple of routine recalls. Service Dept. was quick and efficient. Unfortunately for me I arrived after the service dept closed. There were two guys in the sales dept (I wish I remembered their names) that could not have been more helpful. They tracked down copies of my service orders along with my keys and I was quickly out the door. They apologized for the inconvenience, but really they were fantastic. This dealership earned 5 stars for one specific reason - CHASE!! He is an amazing sales consultant. He was presented with a challenging situation regarding a sale of two vehicles with legal aspects and he did this was efficiency, grace and a "can-do" attitude. This is the best Chevy dealership I have ever been to for servicing. Phil Nace went above and beyond during my visit. He kept me fully informed of what was happening with my car every step of the way. He even came to the waiting area and showed me how to click to view the video from the mechanic. This was the fifth car that I have purchased/leased from Baierl Chevy. I think that tells you all that you need to know. Had a great experience dealing with Sales Consultant Jordan Menni. Ask for him if you stop by.
Service is great. The people are great. However they implemented an automated answering system and it is of no help. Also hard to get to a human to speak to.
Excellent staff. Completely satisfied from service advisor to technician.

Phil Nace provided excellent service and a resolution on an ongoing issue that resulted in numerous visits to the dealership. His review of all work orders relating to this issue which indicated the repair was my responsibility however he was able to confirm it was under warranty. Within a week the part came in and the repair was completed. I will certainly request him for any future service appointments.
I use them because of Dan the Cadillac mechanic. He does a great job and the reason I return. The two service desk people have been very nice and kept me well informed
Buying a car here was a great experience. I went in knowing what I wanted and was shown several vehicles used and new of the model I was looking at Devin my salesperson was excellent! I gave him my budget and he worked out a deal that put me there.

The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was very comfortable. Everything was good except that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to do a state inspection and emission test.
